Bank Street Theater reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, including changes and additions to surcharge fees, restrictions or exclusions.
i. In-person and online ticket purchases made at the box office or through the Bank Street Theater website may be refunded or exchanged up until the start time of the film the ticket was purchased for. Internet surcharges and fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on credit card/bank statements.
ii. Online ticket purchases made through third party vendors such as Fandango and Atom cannot be refunded at Bank Street Theater. Please contact the third party vendor for their refund/exchange party.
