Bank Street Theater reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, including changes and additions to surcharge fees, restrictions or exclusions.
i. Tickets purchased in person at the box office may be refunded or exchanged up until the scheduled start time of the film. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Online ticket purchases may only be refunded or exchanged if the customer presents in person at the Bank Street Theater box office before the scheduled start time of the film. Once the film has begun, online ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Internet surcharges and convenience fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
ii. Online ticket purchases made through third-party vendors, including Fandango and Atom Tickets, cannot be refunded or exchanged by Bank Street Theater. Please contact the third-party vendor directly regarding their refund or exchange policy.
